As you may no doubt have already noticed, my name is Michael Cheung. I am an Executive Realty agent living and breathing in Wichita, Kansas. My fundamental purpose is to make things happen for you and your investments. Having lived in Wichita all my life, I most certainly know the Greater Wichita Metropolitan areas fairly well. I have seen and experienced many of the changes, sacrifices and growth spans this city has gone through over the years. In many ways I feel, as do a community of others that Wichita has stalled in its progression over the recent years. Something about the vibe in the air that tells of economic woes and the heartfelt challenges of a smaller city. A lot of the old commercial luster Wichita vibrantly once had seems to have packed up and moved out of town.

Today, with the help of a strong, energetic community, Wichita’s horizon is now starting to once again gleam as an emerging community of fortunate home and business owners alike.  Boons of very bright and prospective youthful individuals are seeking to claim a stake in this now prosperous and growing community. I definitely have my finger on the pulse of the town and can readily feel that gleam of prosperity and ultimate burgeoning that Wichitan’s so eagerly dream. I hope to push this further over the edge into that burgeoning state, by helping Wichita grow into a much more broader and active family orientated city that everyone can love and flourish in once again.
